The Budget Committee:
- Solicits input from the Board, local affiliates, and staff concerning expansion, reduction, addition, or deletion of budget items
- Suggests investment possibilities to the Board of Directors
- Prepares a proposed budget for consideration by the Board
- Presents and justify the budget at the Representative Assembly
- Recommend a budget and a policy to insure a balanced budget and the maintenance of adequate reserves
